बालों में रूसी होना आम बात है। सर्दियों में अक्‍सर यह समस्‍या और बढ़ जाती है। कई महंगे सौंदर्य उत्‍पाद आजमाने क बाद भी इससे निजात नहीं मिलती। और अगर मिलती भी है तो स्‍थायी। यानी चंद दिनों बाद यह डैंड्रफ दोबारा लौट आती है। आइए जानते हैं कुछ ऐसे घरेलू उपाय जो आपको डैंड्रफ से स्‍थायी राहत दिलाते हैं ।
 



बालों में डेंड्रफ की समस्‍या आजकल आम हो चली है। डेंड्रफ सिर की त्‍वचा में स्थित मृत कोशिकाओं के कारण पैदा होती है। बालों में डेंड्रफ होने से बाल बेजान हो जाते है, गिरने लगते हैं और सिर में खुजली भी रहती है। बालों में लगातार डेंड्रफ बने रहने से परेशान लोग कई तरह के एंटीडेंड्रफ शैम्पू इस्तेमाल करते हैं। लेकिन इस तरह के शैम्पू के उपयोग से डेंड्रफ को जड़ से साफ नहीं किया जा सकता है। जब तक इन उत्‍पादों का इस्‍तेमाल किया जाता है, तब तक तो डेंड्रफ दूर रहती है, लेकिन इनका प्रयोग बंद करते ही डेंड्रफ दोबारा हो जाती है। इसलिए डेंड्रफ के ईलाज के लिए घरेलू उपाय ही ज्यादा कारगर साबित होते हैं। आइए जाने डेंड्रफ से निजात पाने के घरेलू टिप्स।

डेंड्रफ मिटाने के लिए कुछ घरेलू टिप्स

1. चार चम्मच खसखस को दूध में पीस कर बालों की सप्‍ताह में दो बार जड़ों में लगाएं। आधे घंटे बाद सिर धोएं। धोने में आयुर्वेदिक शैम्पू का इस्तेमाल करें।
   
   
2. चार बड़े चम्मच बेसन को एक बड़े गिलास पानी में घोलकर बालों पर लगाए और सिर धो लें। डैंड्रफ खत्म हो जाएगी।
   
   
3. रात को अरहर की दाल छिलके सहित पानी में भिगो दें। सुबह इसे पीसकर सिर में लगा लें। आधे घंटे बाद सिर धोएं। और फिर गीले बालों में ही कंघा करें।
   
   
4. नारियल के तेल में कपूर मिला कर अच्छी तरह से बालों में तथा सिर पर लगाएं। कुछ ही दिनों में डैंड्रफ की समस्या का समाधान हो जाएगा।
   
   
5. बालों मे तिल के तेल की मालिश करें। मालिश के आधे घंटे बाद तौलिया को गर्म पानी में भिगोकर उसे निचोड़ लें और सिर पर लपेट लें। थोड़ी देर बाद सिर धो लें।
   
   
6. नींबू के रस में नारियल के तेल को मिलाकर बालों में लगाएं। कुछ देर बाद सिर धो लें।
   
   
7. ग्लिसरीन और गुलाब जल का मिश्रण बना कर एक शीशी में रख लें। नहाने के बाद इससे बालों की जड़ों में मालिश करें। डैंड्रु दूर हो जाएगी।
   
   
8. दही में बेसन घोलकर बालों की जड़ों में लगाकर एक घंटे बाद सिर धो लें। इससे बालों की डेंड्रफ की समस्या से तो निजात मिलती है।
   
   
9. डेंड्रफ की शिकायत होने पर बालों को दही में कालीमिर्च का चूर्ण मिलाकर सिर धोए। यह हफ्ते में दो बार अवश्य करें। इससे बालों की डेंड्रफ तो दूर होगी।
   
   
10. पांच चम्मच पीसें आंवले को रात को आधा कप पानी में भिगो दें, सुबह इस पानी से सिर धो लें। डेंड्रफ से छुटकारा मिल  जाएगा।

11. चुकंदर के पत्तों को पानी में उबालकर, उस पानी से सिर धोने से डेंड्रफ दूर हो जाती है।
    
    
12. रीठे के पानी से सिर धोने से भी डेंड्रफ से छुटकारा मिल जाता है।
    
    
13. दही को तीन दिन तक रखा रहने दें। इससे करीब आधा घंटा बालों की मालिश करें। इससे डैंड्रफ दूर होती है।
    
    
14. मेथी के कुछ दाने पूरी रात पानी में भिगोकर रखें। सुबह उन दानों को पीसकर पेस्‍ट बना लीजिए। इसे बालों की जड़ों में लगाइए। आधे घंटे बाद सिर धो लीजिए। 
    
    
15. सिरका और पानी बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर सिर पर लगाएं। इससे आपके बालों से रूसी तो गायब होगी ही साथ ही बाल भी चमकीले बनेंगे।

नई दिल्ली: भारत ने शनिवार को एशिया कप में पाकिस्तान को धूल चटा दी थी. इस शानदार मुकाबले में विस्फोटक बल्लेबाज विराट कोहली मैन ऑफ द मैच चुने गए थे.

अब विराट कोहली के लिए एक बुरी खबर है. कोहली को पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ अंपायर के फैसले पर नाराजगी जताने के लिए  मैच फीस का 30% जुर्माना लगाया गया है. विराट को आईसीसी आचार संहिता के आर्टिकल 2.1.5 का दोषी पाया गया है.

आपको बता दें पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी भारतीय टीम की बल्लेबाज विराट कोहली के खिलाफ ये मामला 15वें ओवर का साथ है.

विराट कोहली को समी ने 15वें ओवर में मो. समी की गेंद अंपायर ने LBW आउट करार दिया था. इसके बाद अंपायर के फैसले के खिलाफ नाखुशी जताते हुए विराट कोहली ने अंपायर की देखते हुए कुछ शब्द कहे.

विराट के इस व्यवहार को खेल की भावना के विरुद्ध माना गया. आज विराट कोहली ने भी अपने ऊपर लगाए गए आरोप को स्वीकार कर लिया.

Paired with heavy kundan jewellery, the entire look was royal.

The Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress is now married to Mumbai-based chartered accountant Mayur. The actress was seen wearing traditional Gujarati attire with heavy kundan jewellery for her special day. Her reception look was a muted gold outfit, paired with stunning heirloom jewellery. She kept her makeup and hairstyle very subtle.

India’s top female squash player had been engaged to the wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik, since November 15, 2013. The couple got married twice, on August 18 in a Christian ceremony, followed by a Hindu-Telegu ceremony on August 20. Dipika had one of the most beautiful Christian wedding gowns, apparently from the US, and had Swarovski crystals on it. Geeta’s wedding outfits were designed by Babita Malkani and Archana Kochhar. Geeta Basra looked like a princess at her mehendi function in a lime-yellow lehenga paired with a pink blouse, with antique silver work. Her maang patti was the showstopper of her whole outfit. For the sangeet ceremony, Geeta Basra wore a green lehenga finished with touches of gold, designed by Babita Malkani.

In a statement, designer Archana Kochhar revealed that Geeta wanted to go for outfits with a traditional touch. For the reception, her look was a deep blue ensemble, again by Archana Kochhar.

The star batsman of the Indian cricket team, Suresh Raina, married his childhood sweetheart Priyanka Chaudhary, on April 3, 2015, in Delhi. Priyanka is an IT professional with a Netherlands bank. For her wedding, she wore a red Sabyasachi lehenga and looked absolutely gorgeous. Her nose ring and elegant jewellery were looking absolutely stunning!

Drashti Dhami got married in February, 2015 to her long-time boyfriend, Neeraj Khemka. Drashti looked gorgeous in all of her wedding celebrations. After Sanaya Irani, Pooja Joshi, Divyanka Tripathi and many other television bigwigs joining the doubles club, here is another television actress who got engaged recently and is all set to become a bride soon. We are talking about Pooja Sharma of Tu Mera Hero and Ruk Jaana Nahi fame.

The famous actress got engaged on February 16, to her long-time boyfriend Pushkar Pandit, who is also the director of her show, Tu Mera Hero. The two fell in love while working together.


It was a private ceremony attended by only family members and close friends. The couple started dating recently and after getting approval from their respective parents, had an intimate roka ceremony.

The lovely couple is all set to tie the knot by the end of this month, most probably on February 22. A source close to the couple revealed:

#1. They feel that everyone deserves a second chance

And somehow they feel that if they do forgive him and give him a fresh start, he will appreciate this gesture and be a better person. They make themselves believe that he will change.

They worry if they leave their husband, where will they go. Sadly, even today, many educated families too do not support their daughters who want to take a stand against a cheating or an abusive husband fearing what the society will think or say. So, can we really blame her for not taking a stand?

As a person, in front of their families and in love! They want to make things right. They believe that love will make every bad dream fade away, and so, by deciding to forgive their husband they feel or try to feel safe and protected once again.

They feel possessive of their husband even though he cheated. And whether they walk out on him or he decides to leave, they do not want to be the woman who got dumped. They want the other woman to suffer.

#8. Finding excuses for him

Because they still cannot believe why this happened to them when they both loved each other so much, they try to find excuses for him. They feel responsible for his actions. They feel that it was because of them, their actions, their appearance or actions that he cheated.
#9. Better the beast you know than the one you don't!

They have spent a long time with their spouse and even though he cheated, they feel that they still know him and so they do not have to fear the unknown or be with someone new after leaving him. It is more convenient and comfortable that way.

#10. A belief that true love still exists

She married him because she loved him and wanted to be with him forever. She does not know what went wrong and what compelled him to cheat. All she knows is that she wants him back, the guy she fell in love with and the guy who will not cheat on her ever again!

All said and done, there is a very slight possibility that he will ever change because- once a cheater, always a cheater. So instead of believing that he will change for the better and doubting your self-worth, get up and take a stand while there is still time. You are young, confident and smart and capable of giving yourself and your kids a comfortable life.

Go bright with the colours

Jiah Khan was born on February 20, 1988 in New York, and was brought up in London, Chelsea. She studied English literature and Art from MPW in London. The greatest turning point in her life came when Ram Gopal Verma selected her as the lead heroine opposite Amitabh Bachchan in the controversial film ‘Nishabd’. Jiah Khan was born into a Muslim family in New York City and she grew up in London where she completed her Edexcel O and A Level with five As, before moving to Mumbai to pursue a career in Bollywood.


Jiah Khan was raped by an old man in London when she was just fourteen. In an interview, Sooraj Pancholi said, “She told me about her getting abused by her former boyfriends and how an older man had raped her when she was 14 in London and how at one point in her life, she would get only one meal a day”.


In 2004, at the age of 16, Jiah Khan was signed to act in Mukesh Bhatt’s Tumsa Nahin Dekha but backed out when both she and the director felt the role was too mature for her; she was immediately replaced by Dia Mirza


At the age of 18, Jiah Khan made her debut in Ram Gopal Verma’s controversial romantic thriller Nishabd, as Jiah, where she acted opposite Amitabh Bachchan. Jiah Khan instantly became one of the most sought after actresses in the industry.

Later, Jiah Khan appeared alongside Aamir Khan and Asin in A.R. Murugadoss’s psychological thriller Ghajini, the Hindi remake of its namesake. She played Sunita, a medical student who investigates the history of Sanjay Singhania, portrayed by Aamir Khan.


Jiah Khan made her last film appearance in a supporting role as Devika K. Samtani, the ex-wife of Akshay Kumar’s character, in Sajid Khan’s Housefull also alongside Riteish Deshmukh, Deepika Padukone and Lara Dutta in 2010.


Sooraj Pancholi was allegedly in a live-in relationship with Jiah Khan. Jiah Khan was not happy with Sooraj Pancholi’s behaviour. He used to torture and abuse her everyday.


Jiah Khan committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan at around 11:45 pm in a bedroom of her Juhu residence in Mumbai on Monday, 3 June 2013, when her mother Rabiya and sister Kavita were not at home.

गामा पहलवान का असली नाम गुलाम मुहम्मद था। गामा का जन्म 1880 में अमृतसर में हुआ था। गामा पहलवान ने शुरू में पंजाब के ही पहलवान माधोसिंह से कुश्ती के गुर सीखे। इसके बाद माधोसिंह ने उनकी ख्याति दतिया के महाराजा भवानी सिंह को बताई। महाराजा भवानी सिंह ने उन्हें एक तरह से गोद ले लिया। इसके बाद गामा पहलवान को कुश्ती के लिए तमाम सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराईं। दतिया स्थित वीरदेव महल में एक अखाड़ा है, जिसमें गामा पहलवान पहलवानी के दांव-पेंच सीखते थे। किवदंती है कि यहां गामा की इस अखाड़े में जिन्नों से कुश्ती होती थी। बहरहाल, दतिया के पहलवान कृष्णागोपाल श्रीवास्तव को अपने अनूठे कार्यों के कारण आधुनिक गामा की पदवी मिली हुई है। अपने दांतों से हवाई जहाज और पानी का जहाज खींचने के कारण कृष्णगोपाल का नामलिम्का बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज हो चुका है।

पुनीत इस्सर हो सकते हैं डायरेक्टर
सलमान खान पुनीत इस्सर के निर्देशन में बनने वाली फिल्म 'ग्रेट गामा पहलवान' फिल्म को प्रोड्यूज करेंगे। खास बात यह है कि इस फिल्म में सलमान के भाई सोहेल खान गामा पहलवान का किरदार अदा करेंगे।

फिल्म को डायरेक्टर करने जा रहे पुनीत इस्सर ने फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बातों को पिछले दिनों पत्रकारों से साझा किया था। पुनीत ने बताया था- मैं पिछले पांच सालों से गामा पर फिल्म बनाने की योजना बना रहा था और तब स्पोर्ट्स बॉयोपिक का कोई चलन भी नहीं था। मैं हमेशा से ही सलमान खान के साथ फिल्म बनाना चाहता था। मैं अपने आयडिया को लेकर सलमान खान से मिलने गया और वह बेहद इंप्रेस हुए। सलमान ने कहा कि वह इस फिल्म को प्रोड्यूज करेंगे।

पुनीत ने बताया था कि हमने गामा के रोल के लिए सोहेल खान को फाइनल किया है और सोहेल पिछले कई दिनों से अपने रोल की तैयारियां कर रहा है। सोहेल गामा की तरह हैवी बॉडी बनाने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा गामा एक महान रेसलर थे जो कभी कोई फाइट नहीं हारे। पुनीत ने दावा किया है कि फिल्म जब फ्लोर पर आएगी तो यह बेहद शानदार होगी। इस फिल्म की शूटिंग अगले वर्ष शुरू होने की उम्मीद है।

Keyboard shortcuts not only muster our working efficiency on the PC but also help us in better organization of work. Since almost everything can be done by the click of a mouse, only a handful of shortcuts are known. Here is a list of 7 lesser known keyboard shortcuts.
1. Windows + L



Instead of using the traditional Ctrl+Alt+Del to lock your computer, try using Windows+L to lock your PC instantly.
2. Alt + F6



Alt+F6 helps you sort and move between multiple windows open within a given app.
3. Shift + CTRL + N



Shortcut key for creating a new folder remains the most unknown. Well if you are using Windows 7, just hit Shift + Ctrl + N to create new folder without even touching your mouse.
4. Windows + M

You might be aware about the "show desktop" on the extreme right hand side corner of the taskbar. But you probably wouldn't know that there is also a shortcut key for the same. Press Windows + M to instantly minimize all current windows to the Taskbar and to get all thewindows back press Windows + Shift + M.
5. Windows + Spacebar



Just in case you want to check something out on your desktop, on need to minimize the window you are currently working on. Just hit Windows + spacebar shortcut and your present window will become transparent, showing the desktop and the stuff on it.
6. Windows + 1, 2, 3, etc.

If you want to access pinned apps on Taskbar just hit Windows + 1 to launch the first pinned app. Windows + 2 launches the second, Windows + 3 launches the third one, and so on.
7. Windows + T



If you want to know what's going on in the apps pinned on the taskbar without actually maximizing them, press Windows + T. As you scroll through them, you'll get a preview box just as you would if you were hovering over the icon with your mouse.

Wedding is the{myadvertisements[zone_6]} most wonderful occasion in one’s life. It is a 'happily ever after' that every couple dreams of. But it was not the same for Rowden Go Pangcoga whose wedding went hand-in-hand with his death. While battling cancer, the only wish that Pangcoga, had was to say 'I Do' to his long-time girlfriend Leizel. The time was so short that this wish had to be fulfilled in the hospital itself. And, 10-hours after the wedding, the groom passed away.

This wedding not only left the family and friends of the couple in tears, but us too when we saw this video and got to know their story. Take a look at the beautiful wedding of these lovers who came together in the holy union just for a day.

10 Hours was all he had!
The decoration, flowers, veils, kisses, rings, and vows, all the basics for a picture-perfect wedding were in place; but this was not a regular wedding. Rather, it was difficult and full of tears (and, not just tears of joy!).
Rowden Go Pangcoga was eagerly counting the days of saying ‘I do’, on his 30thbirthday, on July 8, 2014; but fate had other plans for him. As his bride and loved ones were busy preparing for the much-awaited wedding, Pangcoga was diagnosed with stage IV liver cancer merely two months before the wedding.
However, the two lovers couldn’t let go of their deepest desire to get married. Even though they knew their union would be short-lived, they made all the probable arrangements for their dream wedding in the hospital itself.


They brought the church to the hospital!
All the arrangements to perform the wedding were completed within 12 hours, by the couple’s friends and family members. And, since they were racing against time, it all had to be done in the hospital where the groom was admitted.
The video has it all- the bride is putting on her wedding dress and the veil, and getting the makeup done for the most special day of her life; and a room filled with loved ones. There was also a priest reading out vows, and the couple exchanging the rings, and sealing their romantic first kiss as Mr. and Mrs. This video was shared on YouTube by Pangcoga’s brother, Hasset, who posted it and said, "Unable to take him outside the hospital, we brought the church to him. It was like a heartbreaking fairy tale."
And, that the couple has a 2-year-old daughter is another heart wrenching part of the story. The innocent girl watched and enjoyed everything, hardly knowing or understanding the emotions behind the ceremony.

By marrying hours before his death they fulfilled their dream and proved that even death couldn’t be an obstacle in uniting them.
The story might be depressing for some of you, but it shines through reflecting the beautiful love that the couple shared. Our prayers go out to the couple's family; May his soul rest in peace.
